Our top secret tofu scramble recipe pairs perfectly with our flaky pie crust and is topped with vegan cheese, house made coconut bacon, and spring onions.



Tart Dough – Vegan butter (oil blend (palm, soy, canola, flax, olive), water, salt, flavour, soy protein, soy lecithin, non-dairy lactic acid, annatto), sweet rice flour, white rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, potato starch, arrowroot flour, millet flour, potato flour, salt, apple cider vinegar, xanthan gum.
Filling –  Tofu, onion, mushrooms, red bell pepper, gluten-free tamari (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol (to preserve freshness), Frank’s Red Hot (aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder), nutritional yeast, black pepper, garlic powder, salt.
Topping – Daiya cheddar cheese (filtered water, tapioca flour, expeller pressed non-GMO canola and/or safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, inactive yeast, vegan natural flavours, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, yeast extract, citric acid (vegan, for flavour), annatto (for colour), titanium dioxide (a naturally occurring mineral) coconut bacon (coconut, liquid smoke (water, hickory smoke flavour), maple syrup), spring onions.
