Oatmeal Raisin – Brown sugar, Gluten free oats, Vegan buttery spread (vegetable oil blend (palm fruit, canola and olive), water, salt, natural flavour, sunflower lecithin, non-dairy lactic acid, annatto extract), Raisins (raisins, vegetable oils (cotton seed, sunflower, canola)), Water, Sweet white rice flour, Brown rice flour, White rice flour, Sorghum flour, Potato starch, Arrowroot flour, Vanilla extract (water, propylene glycol, vanillin, ethyl alcohol, natural flavours, caramel colour (sulfites), sodium benzoate, citric acid), Xanthan gum, Millet flour, Potato flour, Baking powder, Sodium bicarbonate, Salt, Cinnamon.

Baking Instructions – Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Mint, Oatmeal Raisin:
Thaw cookie dough tub at room temperature until you can scoop out desired amount (20-40 minutes).
Form balls with 2-3 TBSP of dough.
Flatten it to the desired size/ thickness of cookies (the dough will not spread very much).
Bake @ 350°F for 12-17 minutes (the thinner/smaller the cookie, the faster it will cook).
The cookies are cooked when they can be twisted on the pan.

Baking Instructions – Ginger:
Thaw cookie dough tub at room temperature until you can scoop out desired amount (20-40 minutes).

Roll the balls in granulated sugar.
Flatten it to the desired size/ thickness of cookies (the dough will not spread very much).
Bake @ 350°F for 12-17 minutes (the thinner/smaller the cookie, the faster it will cook).
The cookies are cooked when they can be twisted on the pan.
